Subscription Fees

– All subscription fees ($50/month) are non-refundable once billed.
– If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged again.

Returns Handling

– Each plan includes 2 free returns per month.
– Additional returns are charged at the published rate.
– DockiShip is not responsible for the condition of returned items unless mishandled during fulfillment.

Refunds for Errors

– If DockiShip makes a verified error in order fulfillment, shipping fees may be refunded at our discretion.
– Refunds do not cover indirect losses (e.g., lost sales).
