– We do not guarantee delivery times, shipping rates, or courier performance.
– Customers are responsible for ensuring their products comply with all applicable laws.
– DockiShip shall not be liable for:
   • Delays caused by third-party couriers.
   • Damages from prohibited or improperly packaged goods.
   • Indirect or consequential damages (lost sales, lost profits).

Our total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid within the last 30 days.
